What is an Expandable Prefab Container/Tiny Home?
It's not actually a container, and it's not that tiny! ... It's a steel-constructed home (strong!) built to look & transport like a container when folded up. It's 3.5T, and 5.85m long x 2.25m wide when folded.

Once in place, it sits on piles or bearers and unfolds to be 6.3m wide! That's nearly 37 square meters! Larger than most tiny homes on the market.
At this size, it allows for BED1 to be 2.27x2.4m and BED2 to be 2.27x2.7m.
Pretty generous for a tiny house! Alternatively, BED2 can be excluded to optimize dining and lounge space.

It has double-glazed, broken bridge aluminum doors and windows. The walls are insulated sandwich panels.
